Our 6th 5K Critter Trail Race, featuring our black bear critter, was a huge success and boasted a record 264 registrants with over 200 runners on the course.

Sponsors generously contributed $3000 alongside some coveted bib prizes for the runners, and stuffed 'critters' for the trophy winners.

While the weather wasn't overly cooperative, our Critter Trail team sure was!  They cleaned and marked the course,

stuffed swag bags, prepared ribbons and signage, organized the t-shirts, set up the registration area, flagged the parking area, set up and monitored the food tables, worked as Trail Marshalls out on the course, and cheered participants all the way across the finish line!

As well we displayed our Kayak package, sold tickets for this drawing of chance making over $250, and announced its winner.  Kudos to our Race Director extraordinaire, Jane Kaufman!
